1. About the service

TLS Notif (“the Service”) is a community-based alert service that informs its members when appointment availability is reported for visa application centres in Tunis and Sfax.

TLS Notif is strictly independent. It is not affiliated with TLS Contact, any consulate or any official body. The Service does not book appointments, never asks for your official credentials and performs no automated access to third-party systems: availability information comes from our community of members who alert each other.

2. Definitions

“Member”: any person holding an account on the Service. “Type”: a combination of city, category and application phase (e.g. Tunis · Tourism · primo). “Alert”: a notification sent to subscribers when availability is reported. “Subscription”: a monthly subscription to one or more Types, on the Standard or VIP plan.

3. How the community works

Availability is spotted and shared by community members. When availability is reported, the Service relays the information to the relevant subscribers by email, Telegram or on the platform, depending on the chosen plan.

The indicated delivery times (10–40 seconds on VIP, 2–4 minutes on Standard) are observed indicative targets, not a contractual guarantee: speed depends on community reporting and distribution channels.

4. Account and registration

Registration requires a name, a valid email address and a password. The email address must be confirmed (confirmation code or link) to activate the account. The Service is intended for adults only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your credentials confidential. Account sharing is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are monthly, per Type: Standard €15 / month, VIP €30 / month. A city pack (all 4 Types of one city on VIP) is available at €100 / month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email; current subscriptions keep their price until the first renewal following the notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles payments, issues receipts and manages billing-related enquiries. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to alerts remains active until the end of the paid period.

A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first purchase if no alert was delivered to you over the period. In the event of a proven Service failure, a proportional refund may be granted.

Outside these cases, started periods are not refunded pro rata. Requests can be made to contact@tls-notification.com or directly with Paddle, which handles refunds as Merchant of Record. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Member obligations

Members agree to use the Service lawfully and fairly, not to resell or rebroadcast alerts beyond personal use, not to attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures and not to use automated tools on the platform.

Appointment booking is done personally by the Member on the relevant official websites, in compliance with their terms of use. The Member is solely responsible for their visa procedures.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service provides community-sourced information for guidance only. It guarantees neither the actual availability of a slot at the time of viewing, nor the obtaining of an appointment or visa, nor the completeness of reports.

TLS Notif's total liability, on any grounds, is limited to the total amounts paid by the Member over the last twelve months. TLS Notif is not responsible for the decisions of official bodies or the content of third-party websites.

9. Intellectual property

The TLS Notif brand, website, content and code are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Suspension and termination

In the event of a breach of these terms, TLS Notif may suspend or terminate the account concerned, where applicable without refund of the current period. You may delete your account at any time from your personal space or by contacting us.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the website footer.

12. Changes to these terms

TLS Notif may update these terms. Substantial changes are notified by email or by a notice on the website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of Tunis shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
